Neuropsychiatric Disabilities after Traumatic Brain Injury

Abstract

|
In the first half of this paper, the mechanism of the traumatic brain injury and its neuropsychiatric symptoms and recovery were reviewed. In the second half, minor brain injury, which is 80% of the cases of brain injury, was reviewed. The author
suggest that even though the cases of minor brain injury especially post-concussion syndrome, the organic changes contributed to the symptoms after traumatic brain injury.
